Brewery Cleaner – 750g Tub

A powdered alkaline cleaner for the brewing trade, supplied in a 750g tub for cellar and small-batch use. Removes the organic soils, protein deposits and residual sugars that build up in fermenters, boil kettles, kegs, mash tuns and transfer lines between batches.

Dissolves in hot water to make a cleaning solution for soaking, recirculation (CIP) or manual scrubbing of stainless steel plant, tackling stubborn beerstone and trub films that ordinary detergents leave behind and leaving surfaces ready for a separate sanitation step. Confirm working dilution, alkalinity and contact time against your plant and soil load from the product spec sheet.
