Go-Ferm Protect Evolution is a yeast rehydration nutrient used to prepare active dry yeast before pitching in wine, mead, cider and fruit-wine fermentations.

Added to the rehydration water rather than the must, it supplies micronutrients and sterols that improve yeast viability, stress tolerance and the consistency of fermentation kick-off, helping reduce sluggish or stuck ferments.

Use during yeast rehydration, ahead of inoculation, following standard dosing for the yeast quantity being prepared.
