Nitrogen Tap – new

A nitrogen (stout) faucet for dispensing nitrogenated beverages, producing the dense creamy head and cascade associated with nitro stouts, nitro ales and nitro cold brew. The faucet carries a perforated restrictor plate that forces the beverage through small holes to break the gas out of solution as it pours, generating the fine bubble texture.

For taprooms, bars and venues running nitro dispense. It is typically driven by a beer-gas blend (commonly around 75% nitrogen / 25% CO2) rather than straight CO2, and requires the matching gas and regulator setup. Confirm shank/connection size, body material and finish against your install before ordering.
