Premium concentrated liquid raspberry flavour for crafting flavoured spirits and liqueurs. It delivers a sweet-tart, fragrant berry character suited to raspberry liqueurs, flavoured vodkas and ready-to-drink beverages, and performs well in fruited spirit blends and sugar washes.
Recommended starting dose is 4ml to 6ml per 750ml bottle, adjusted to taste; the 30ml pipette bottle covers roughly 7.5 to 15 litres depending on strength. Dose to taste.
