Raspberry Flavour 30ml

Concentrated raspberry flavour supplied in a 30ml bottle with a pipette lid for easy dosing, suited to recipe development, sampling and short production runs. It carries a sweet-tart, fragrant berry character for raspberry liqueurs, flavoured vodkas and ready-to-drink beverages.

Recommended starting dose is 4ml to 6ml per 750ml bottle of spirit, adjusted up or down to the profile you want; a 30ml bottle covers roughly 7.5 to 15 litres depending on strength of application. Ideal for flavouring liqueurs and sugar washes. Highly concentrated – dose to taste.
